I attended St Philomena's Primary school from 1981 to 1988, I loved it. I have lots of fond memories and still in contact with some friends. I am now a scout leader in the group that meets at this school. It's funny how it hasn't changed much . Some teachers are still there and the janny hisnae changed a bit , we salute u Harry the best wee janny in toon . The best teacher was Rosemary Marshall, a very soft spoken well mannered good listening lady always smiling. I enjoyed my time with her and the rest of the teachers.
